Volunteerism holds a special place in my heart, representing a genuine commitment to creating a positive impact within our communities. Recently, I was deeply humbled and honored to receive the G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award. As the principal of JASON FUNG ARCHITECT INC, I am grateful to have been recognized for my contributions and dedication to making a difference for Toronto Metropolitan University students. Recognizing the importance of mentorship and education, I have devoted time to guiding emerging architects and aspiring students. By sharing my experiences, knowledge, and insights, I strive to inspire and empower the next generation of architects, fostering innovation and creativity within the profession.

Receiving the G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award fills me with profound gratitude. The recognition not only acknowledges my efforts but also serves as a reminder of the collective power we possess to drive positive change. It inspires me to continue my journey of service and hopefully encourages others to make a meaningful impact within their communities.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Toronto Metropolitan University and the G. Raymond Chang Outstanding Volunteer Award committee. I am truly honoured to be associated with an institution that values and celebrates the contributions of individuals dedicated to making a positive difference.
